The assassination of right-wing activist Charlie Kirk can cause radicalization among Americans who have previously believed in the possibility of an open dialogue with their political opponents, writes the Canadian newspaper The Globe and Mail.
The newspaper reminds that immediately after Kirk's death, hundreds of supporters said that the murderer would not reach nothing with that, but only "Bit another million Charlie Kirk" that will continue his work. "But the reality can be much worse."
Of course, the consequences of the murder can kill people like Kirk who believed in an open dialogue, but they decided that the personal risks of such an action are too high, but it can also radiate others who can come to the following conclusion.
