He stressed the importance of Zangezur's path and noted:
"This communication route is especially important. The road to Zangezur is important not only in communication between Turkey and Armenia, but also in terms of contacting the whole Central Asian and Turkic states. We hope that with Mr. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's guidelines, we will open this path in the near future and will contribute to the economy of both countries, especially Igdir and Kars. "
Kilic noted that the Armenian side is also positive about these issues. "Today they have stated that" we are ready to open our border. Igdir Governor Erjan Turan noted that their region borders three countries. "This whole process is evaluated in our region with great enthusiasm. Under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, many constructive negotiations are underway with all our borders. We have the Alijan border checkpoint, and recently we have laid the 124-kilometer foundation of the Diluju-Kars railway in connection with Zangezur's path. "
