The resumption of full inspections in Iran by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will reduce the possibility of attacks on nuclear facilities in Iran, stated at a press conference after the opening of the recent meeting of the Governing Council.
"I sincerely think that if the IAEA resumes its activities in Iran, it will decrease the issue of further military operations against Iran that the presence of the agency's inspectors will create a threat of information that can be used against foreign players.
"The IAEA does not allow for information leakage, it is excluded," Grossi said.
He detailed that he expects "within a few days or even hours" agreement with the Iranian authorities to restore the full presence of the agency's inspectors in the country.
