The deterioration of bilateral relations between Hungary and Ukraine is conditioned by Ki's fault and is largely connected with the rights of ethnic Hungarians living in Zakarapatia. This was stated by Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Syarton at a joint press conference with the Sea Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel.
"There is a constant deterioration of relations between Ukraine and Hungary, and in this case Ukraine must be responsible. It is clear that not Hungary has taken away the rights of Ukrainians living in Hungary, but the Ukrainian state takes away the rights of the Hungarian minority living in the Transcaucatia, "Syarto said.
