Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in China, RIA Novosti correspondent reports.
During the meeting, Putin and Erdogan are expected to discuss bilateral cooperation and international issues, including the situation in Ukraine and the Middle East.
Russia's leader has arrived in China on August 31, paying a four-day visit. The first city to visit the Russian leader was Tsianzin, where the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) took place.
Russia's leader has set a number of bilateral meetings within its framework.
