Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Kazan to participate in the BRICS summit, the correspondent of "RIA Novosti" reports.

He was met at the airport by the head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. He treated Aliyev to a national Tatar dish, chak-chak.
