We combine all these factors that the event becomes a symbolic event. Every year we try to provide something new to the people. The largest community of Noyemberyan includes 17 villages, so we organize the participation of residents from all settlements, "said Arsen Aghababyan. "The presence of the State Symphony Orchestra was already a big event, assuming a higher level. It seems that Noyemberyan is quite far from the capital, but this circumstance does not prevent our compatriots from coming and actively participating in the celebration. The culture that exists here and we make it every day to develop its development, it definitely testifies to our identity. We are doing our best to promote cultural life. Most recently, we opened the art school. Koghb School of Fine Arts already operates. The renovation of cultural houses with subsid programs is not an end in itself, as there is a cultural resource, "said the head of the enlarged community. According to him, a puppet theater has been operating in the Koghb Cultural House since 2006. Aghababyan's brother ordered 23 dolls and donated to the house of culture years ago. The director of the organization Sasun Muradyan also prepared the dolls, which embodied the characters of Tumanyan's fairy tales. The theater often visits schools and kindergartens of the region, staging interesting performances for free. Koghb and Noyemberyan also have large theaters, where the classic classic performances of the Armenian and foreign drama are staged. "The halls are always crowded with spectators. It is said that the people are not theatrical lovers and do not attend the theater, but in reality you can come to us and make sure the opposite. It is necessary to properly deliver the culture of the people and create a strong connection. Sometimes they remember the culture only when the nation needs to present itself to the world. The young people of different communities, who are interesting with interesting programs and initiatives, are greatly helped to implement them, "said our interlocutor. A ambitious plan to establish a digital studio in Kogh village was implemented through the efforts of the Koghb Foundation. Today in the studio you can study graphic design, photography, three-dimensional modeling, audio book recordings.
The number of students is about 300. Some of them already receive attractive orders from abroad through the studio. Tumo Center has also been opened in Koghb, including about 1,000 teenagers. "One of the main problems in our region is to create people's jobs, which will naturally prevent emigration. We plan to create a gallery in Noyemberyan. When we once opened a gallery with my friends in Koghb Art building, we were convinced that the area was simply narrow, because the works of art are incomparably many. We are going to visit 10 artists headed by People's Artist Hrant Tadevosyan. They will take part in another conference. For about 20 years, we also organize plenasters in nature, followed by exhibitions. Artists are pleased to communicate with our teenagers, future artists and sculptors, "Aghababyan said. Since the artists dedicated one example of their paintings to the enlarged community after the conferences and plants, therefore the works of art have been accumulated, which motivates to think about having one's own large gallery. During the conversation, Arsen Aghababyan also touched upon the socio-economic situation in the Novemberian enlarged community. He noted that the region is divided into two parts. In the Debed Valley, people are engaged in gardening, and at the top of the top, mainly animated breeding.
"We have a unique gardens of about 160 hectares of olive oil, which are only in our enlarged community. We want the olive to become one of our brands. Unfortunately, the issue of irrigation is not always resolved, which is connected with tailings, because after opening them, irrigation water supplies are temporarily interrupted. However, we think to solve the problem and increase the number of intensive gardens. For this purpose, a reservoir is being built with state funds, 8-12 million cubic meters. If we bring water to the farmer, he will no longer have a desire and mood to emigrate. We have chosen the light and we go to that direction, "said Aghababyan.
It is planned to build a state-of-the-art sportmadm school with the support of the mentioned fund and the UN Development Program in the near future, which is not similar in other regions. The process has started and coaches are already being trained in Yerevan.
"The municipality is funded by the representatives of our region from different sports, as well as in the music festivals. The winners receive additional rewards. Many today want to participate in various subjects of Olympiads, because students and teachers will receive a one-year scholarship from Kogh Foundation, and some money will be transferred to their schools. In order to develop the country, you need to have state thinking and you will love your homeland unconditionally, "Arsen Aghababyan concluded.
