The German Foreign Minister arrived in Kyiv for the seventh time

German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock in 2022. After the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February, he visited Kyiv for the seventh time, n-tv reported.
The minister started the visit on Tuesday morning, which, as usual, was not announced due to security reasons.
Spiegel journalist Christoph Schulte posted the video on X.
Burbock called for increased international air defense support to Ukraine. "More air defenses are needed to protect Ukraine," he said at the start of his seventh visit. "We must join forces now so that Ukraine can survive (... ) and so that Putin's troops do not soon appear near our own borders," Burbock appealed to international partners. The Global Initiative to Strengthen Air Defense, which he launched together with Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, has raised nearly one billion euros to provide additional support to Ukrainian air defense forces. for, the minister noted. "And we are working intensively to make that amount even more. We turn over every stone several times and move forward with the additional Patriot complex," he added.
