In case of resumption of talks on Iran's nuclear program, the United States must guarantee the non-use of military force, said Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
"He (Argeri) stressed that the United States must change its behavior, after which the talks can continue," Tasnim quoted five stages of talks between Iran and the United States.
Another meeting to discuss the nuclear program has been canceled when Israel has started to hit Iran in June.
On June 22, the United States strikes three Iranian nuclear facilities, Fordo, Isfahan and Nathanz.
The Iranian authorities have been saying that their nuclear program has only peaceful goals.
