The editor-in-chief of the TV channel Margarita Simonyan said that he would end his career if it were not for the difficult situation in Russia, RIA Novosti reported.
"I sincerely confess to you, if our country is so difficult, in a serious situation, if we did not fight against NATO, when bridges were being blown up, they would not leave my job," he said.
Simonyan noted that he would like to dedicate much more time to his family and children, as well as writing, about which he dreamed of childhood.
