Iran does not intend to give up its demands to the USA regarding the settlement of the conflict. This was announced by the President of the Islamic Republic, Masoud Pezeshkian.
"We will not bow to any force and we will not sacrifice the dignity of our country for convenience. We are conducting negotiations with honor and we do not intend to back down," his words were quoted by the Iranian "Al Alam" TV channel.
Earlier, "Reuters" reported that Pakistan presented the US representatives with a revised Iranian proposal on ending the conflict. At the same time, the Iranian "Tasnim" news agency, citing a source, reported that Tehran's new proposal contains 14 provisions that emphasize the cessation of hostilities and confidence-building measures.
