India has decided to resume the work of airports on the Pakistani border

Indian authorities have decided to resume the work of airports near the border with Pakistan, which were closed earlier due to escalating tensions between the two countries. Indian authorities have announced the closure of dozens of airports until May 15, Hindustan Times reports.

According to the newspaper, the order applies to 32 air conditioners. The newspaper's source, in turn, said that several airports have already started accepting and sending flights. Earlier, Islamabad reported that the country's airspace is fully open for all types of flights.

On May 10, US President Donald Trump announced that India and Pakistan agreed on a ceasefire. Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishak Age later confirmed the information.

India and Pakistan's relations have escalated when a group of militants attacked tourists on April 22, 2010, killing 26 people. NEW DELIN STANDARED TO PAKISTAN.
