Netanyahu named conditions for ceasefire in Lebanon


Israel will not agree to a ceasefire with the Lebanese Hezbollah movement until safe conditions are created for residents of the north of the country to return to their homes, and as long as security threats emanate from Lebanese territory, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron.
