Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree authorizing the introduction of temporary management of key infrastructure facilities whose owners are unable to protect them from security threats, including attacks by Ukrainian drones.
According to the decree, the temporary manager will be“Rosimushchestvo”or “another organization” appointed by the government.
It should be noted that Putin’s new decree was published against the backdrop of regular strikes by Ukrainian drones against Russian oil industry facilities, as well as the logistics centers of Wildberries and Ozon.
