The next report of the recently published Heritage Foundation, dedicated to the world's economic freedom, has been analyzed in detail by my colleagues of the Luys Foundation.
According to the report, Armenia has registered another visible retreat as a result of the unclepable existence of Pashinyan's government.
In order to better understand the importance of such reports, it is the basis for the development of the potential investors and global political actors, and Pashinyan visited the Central Office of the Foundation during one of his American visits.
1. Armenia dives even further in the systemic swamp, including in the field of economic policy. In 2018, the promised economic "revolution" and the magic stick to ensure it grows boiled for their authors.
2. The country's systemic and deep crisis is recorded by various international expert research. Heritage's report was one of the other brutal diagnosis of Armenia in that respect, Freedom House, The Economist, Transperancy International.
3. Evaluating the various indicators underlying the report, it becomes clear that the issue of the rule of law in our country, which is both political and economic development, is in a disgraceful state.
4. In the last four years, Armenia's indicators are worse during the last four years than any results of 10 years during Serzh Sargsyan's reign (!).
5. Moreover, during the third president of the Republic of Armenia, our country has taken much higher in the world classification in different years than the 57th of this year. Thus, in 2017, 33rd, in 2009, and the 28th in 2008.
6. Judicial effectiveness, which is measured by the independence of the judiciary, is the lowest of this year's indicators of Armenia. Moreover, according to US experts, these issues are currently more likely to be "Serzh in Armenia", which testifies to the unprecedented level of dependence, politicization and corruption. Our judiciary is more disgraceful than in Nigeria and Papua New Guinea.
7. Government Integrity in the country (Government Integrity) has received only 50.4 from 100 points, which speaks of systemic corruption, and the country ranks mainly to the group of "mainly non-free" countries. We are inferior, for example, Rwanda and Botswana.
8. In almost all international reports in the country, the high numbers taken by the Tavshyans in almost all international reports in the country, exposed to all the misery and real face of the government.
As a result, the reputable report records the following: "The foundations of economic freedom in Armenia are not strengthened by an independent judiciary.
Corruption continues to undermine economic development opportunities. The rule of law in Armenia is weak. And the efficiency of the judiciary is below the average world. "
