Intel's top manager to become Nokia's new CEO


Nokia announced a change in CEO: Pekka Lundmark will be replaced by Justin Hotard, currently head of Intel’s data center and artificial intelligence division, effective April 1.

Pekka Lundmark has been Nokia’s CEO since 2020. He stepped down from his positions as CEO and president to focus on his work on the board of directors. While stepping down from his leadership role at Nokia, he will remain an advisor to Mr. Hotard until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition.

As reported byKommersant, Justin Hotard held senior positions at Hewlett Packard and NCR Corp., where he led the artificial intelligence and cloud businesses.
