The post-election reality of Armenia has reached a fundamental stage, where the core of public discussions are not only legal disputes, but also the definition of dignity and attitude in the political field. In this context, the broad public consolidation around the "Prosperous Armenia" party becomes a remarkable political phenomenon, which seriously changes the alignment of forces. If we look back at the beginning of the campaign, the strategy adopted by the PAP was a pleasant surprise for many. At a time when the ruling wing was trying to turn the election campaign into threats, personal insults, and smash-and-grab rhetoric, this team acted with marked calmness, restraint, and clear program provisions.
This was not an ordinary tactic, but a conscious civil position, which allowed us not to give in to many provocations and resist attempts to destroy the team.
This resilience and quality was further emphasized in the phase of legal arbitrariness that followed the vote. During the historically shameful session of the Central Election Commission, Iveta Tonoyan's sincere, competent and well-founded speech was a turning point in public perception.
Thanks to that speech, the public saw and understood the obvious injustice that was being done, which created an unprecedented wave of public support for the PAP. Today, apart from the narrow government circle, it is impossible to find any independent political force, lawyer, constitutionalist or activist who does not condemn what is happening. And the reality is that a monstrous process was carried out online in front of everyone's eyes, when the CEC, in fact, "stole" The mandates of an entire faction passed the National Assembly, ignoring the vote of confidence of about sixty thousand citizens. This was followed by another illogical step. on the day after the elections, war was declared against the economic and business systems of Gagik Tsarukyan, which is a clear manifestation of political revenge. Against the background of all this, the decent, honest and competent struggle of the team's key figures, Iveta Tonoyan, Arman Abovyan, Elinar Vardanyan, Suren Surenyants and others, gave a completely new content to the ongoing developments. The idea voiced by Elinar Vardanyan in the Constitutional Court that this is not only a party issue, but the protection of the electoral right of the RA citizen, became the core of this struggle. Suppressing emotions and giving such a pro-state formulation in the conditions of enormous pressures applied to one's own team speaks of high civic consciousness. Now everyone is waiting for the decision of the Constitutional Court. Although positive expectations from the justice system are not high in the current reality, one thing is already a fact. in this difficult situation, Gagik Tsarukyan behaved as a dignified leader, which only increased his personal reputation, and the members of the team turned into popular figures fighting against injustice in the eyes of the public. Although these are difficult but important days for PAP, the existence of a strong team, a viable program and a firm leader creates a basis for further correct and victorious work.
