“The management of ZCMC, acting as a guarantor for its employees, assumes the relevant obligations and publishes this statement, confirming that the changes will be implemented within the specified time frames.
1. Salary Policy
Work on the development of the salary review system began back in September 2024. This system includes accounting for seniority, qualification, classification and tariff rate increases. As a result of the already launched process, the total salary fund will increase by an average of 20%. The management will apply the new salary system in the main production facilities within a month of the resumption of production.
2. Medical Insurance
Taking into account the numerous written and oral complaints received regarding medical insurance, the management of ZCMC will announce an open tender on February 17 and select a new insurance company that will provide quality services in accordance with the requirements of employees.
3. Improving working conditions
In recent years, ZCMC has been conducting a technical audit of existing systems and projects. The audit was completed in December 2024, after which the process of designing and purchasing new systems began. The company guarantees that modern, highly efficient ventilation and aspiration systems will be installed in the main production facilities no later than the end of 2025.
