On January 29, a working discussion took place in the National Assembly by the RA Major Civil Agreement with Mary Galstyan and Arusyak Manasaryan on the package of "responsible attitudes of animals" and the draft laws.
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Armen Mkrtchyan, Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Deputy Chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Karen Hakobyan, police were present at the discussion.
Within the framework of the discussion, they touched upon the proper styling of the cruelty of animals, the implementation of the investigation, the efficiency of conducting cases in the prisoners of prison.
As a result of the adoption and implementation of the legislative package, the number of cruel and irresponsible actions against animals is expected to have legal mechanisms that will ensure the protection of animals.
