Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Maka Bojchorishvili had a meeting with Ashot Smbatyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Georgia.
"In this context, during the conversation, reference was made to the session of the Georgia-Armenia intergovernmental economic commission scheduled for next week, which is a good opportunity to outline new directions of cooperation. The planned visit of the Foreign Minister to the Republic of Armenia at the end of January was also positively evaluated.
"The parties have agreed to continue close cooperation with the aim of further deepening the relations between the two countries," said the statement of the Foreign Ministry.
