In honor of the 80th anniversary of the victory, an informal summit of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries is planned to be held in Moscow on the eve of the parade, said Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov, reports Gazeta.ru.Peskov added that, in addition to this summit, many other bilateral contacts are planned.To note, Armenia also is a member in the CIS.
