meMargarita Hovhannisyans, it's been about fourteen years that I've been managing the Kindergarten of Avan m/kindergartens H 57m / Kindergarten, and I've never been in such an absurd situation as the one I'm in today.
It has been almost three months since Avan's Kindergartens NAOC has a director position (from October to December), the wordArpine Hakobyanwho officially became the director on December 20.
For three months, the working process of Avan m/kindergartens NAOC H 57 m/kindergarten is regularly disrupted, because two of the kindergarten employees:Varduhi Harutyunyan and Haykanush Toroyan, became overprivileged employees by the director. on working days, they are constantly in intensive telephone contact with the director to inform about the movements of each of their colleagues, this mediated unnecessary "control" has put the entire team in an unpleasant situation, they are aware and this has not only created discomfort and constraint, but also disturbed people's work due to excessive tension normal work.
And the privileged status and the "MANDATE" of disobedience were given to these persons by the former deputy of the head of the Avan administrative district.From Julieta Azaryan.
During his term of office, he called a meeting and announced the names of these ladies in the presence of the pedagogical team and announced that Varduhi and Haykanush were receiving a "MANDATE" from him to disobey me as the head of the kindergarten and to be in direct contact with the director of HOAK.
This is not the only absurdity of the activity of the director of the NAAC.
The next absurdity is that in the junior 1st group of the kindergarten, a part-time pedagogical worker works by his own appointment, after the employee's departure, the rights of the child are violated, and the development and care of children in the afternoon working mode is almost not carried out properly, which results from "Preschool from Article 3, Part 1, Clause 23 of the Law on Education.
Meanwhile, taking into account the age and development characteristics of the younger group 1, children need more care, and according to the law, two pedagogical workers and two assistants are required to work in the younger group 1 at the same time.
And I, as the head of the branch, do not have the authority and authority to appoint employees, therefore, I am forced to try to correct the situation at the expense of internal resources, but this cannot be a long-term solution, it is not effective and most importantly, it is not safe for children of this age group.
Therefore, decision-makers should and are obliged to take into account the circumstances of this age group. 2-3 year old children are generally not able to clearly formulate their needs and thoughts, it is difficult for them to get used to new people.
By the way, the only teacher's assistant who works in the group is on a long-term disability leave, about which the director was informed by me both in writing and verbally, according to which he has not appointed a replacement until now.
It should be emphasized that this reason caused the serious concern of the parenting community, only after the joint complaint of the parents, an employee was appointed by Arpine Hakobyan (about which I did not receive proper information and I am still not informed on what basis the same person was appointed, whether it satisfies the law to the requirements, although it is possible that the appointment was not made).
I emphasize
the employee is a specialist in the additional education service and does not have the appropriate education, qualifications, or work experience, that is, a requirement of the law has allegedly been violated.
It turns out that the students of the other group (by the way, on a paid basis) will be deprived of the service of additional education service, because the specialist will be busy with his professional activity and will replace the junior 1st group.
All this, of course, causes the anger of the junior 1 group parent community.
3. It has been about 2 months since there was a heating problem in the kindergarten, about which I informed both in writing and verbally, but a solution was given only when the parent submitted an anger-complaint to NAAC.
