More than 46,000 Palestinians have been killed by the IDF in the Gaza Strip since fighting began in October 2023, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health.
"Since October 2023, the number of victims of Israeli aggression in Gaza has reached 46,006, and another 109,378 people have been injured," the department said in a statement.
The Ministry of Health of Gaza also emphasized that, according to its data, 70 Palestinians were killed and 104 were wounded in the enclave in the last 24 hours as a result of Israeli shelling.
