"Zhoghovurd" daily writes:
"For whom or for what purpose is Nikol Pashinyan avoiding to make public the documents of the Artsakh negotiations of all times?"
What is the prime minister who declared himself "democratic and out of the people's bosom" afraid of?
As the prime minister's office told Azat, Nikol Pashinyan in the 7th year of his prime ministership instructed to "inventory the Karabakh negotiation papers available in the Foreign Ministry", the justification is as follows: "the possible publication of the package from the point of view of Armenia's state security interests, after discussion and evaluation".
In other words, a decision should be made whether to publish some documents or not. The question arises: from whom is Nikol Pashinyan hiding the negotiation documents, or what dangers does he see if the international community, even enemy countries, Azerbaijan and Turkey are fully aware of all the details of the negotiation process. Let's talk about the facts.
Back in 1992, the OSCE Minsk Group was established by the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) from member states of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
This organization is called to find options for a peaceful, negotiated solution to the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
It consists of 9 members: Belarus, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Finland and Turkey, Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as three co-chairing member states: Russia, France and the USA. Although Azerbaijan is now demanding to dissolve this structure, Armenia is not against it at all. to it, but this structure formally still works.
And you don't need to have diplomatic skills to understand that all these OSCE Minsk Group member and co-chair countries have all the negotiation details and documents that Nikol Pashinyan refuses to make public under the pretext of confidentiality.
The question arises: what dangers does Nikol Pashinyan see and why does he not publicize what has been negotiated for years regarding Artsakh, especially since he likes to justify his incompetent diplomacy by accusing former presidents of leaving him a bad legacy.
Especially since a few days ago, on December 25, the First President offered Pashinyan to publish all the peace plans (including June 2019) officially presented by the co-chairs of the Minsk Group and the official responses of Armenian diplomacy.
It turns out, to put it bluntly, the whole world knows about the negotiation process, possesses every documented detail, but Nikol Pashinyan is still playing cat and mouse and keeps the negotiation documents secret from his own people.
And maybe he is just hiding how in 4 years from his "zero point" he failed the entire negotiation process of almost 30 years, and his bad policy led to the loss of Artsakh?"
