A few days ago, the RA Corruption Prevention Committee concluded that Nikol Pashinyan violated the rules of conduct in two episodes. It followed the latter's post, which has apologized to all that the National Civil Committee of the Anti-Corruption Committee on July 8, demanding that a number of members of the campaign against the Armenian Apostolic Church, were initiated. The "fact" had sent a request to the RA General Prosecutor's Office, asking to note what process was processed.
The response received from the Prosecutor's Office says that the investigator of the RA Anti-Corruption Committee has been made on the basis of the 2nd part of the 173rd land of the criminal trial, which was approved by the supervising prosecutor. In other words, in the anti-church statements and actions of Nikol Pashinyan and his teammates, the RA Criminal Code has not seen any compliance with the RA Criminal Code.
What is interesting? It turns out that the RA Corruption Prevention Committee has registered a rules of conduct, but the RA Anti-Corruption Committee and the Prosecutor's Office ignored it. In a conversation with the "fact", Avetik Chalabyan, the coordinator of "Hayaker" National Civic Union, noted that we are dealing with the crime covering. "If the Anti-Corruption Committee has come to the conclusion that there is a speech of hatred, which Nikol Pashinyan also received with his apology, it turns out that the fact is confirmed.
In that case, what right is the anti-corruption committee rejected a criminal proceedings? This is a factual crime. During this time, we have applied to the Prosecutor's Office to be imposed on the Anti-Corruption Committee. If the prosecutor's office does not do it, we will turn to the courts, we will go to the Constitutional Court, "says Chalabyan.
