Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fizo announced that during his visit to Moscow last month for a meeting with President Vladimir Putin, he was able to secure Slovakia's gas supply. It happened right before Ukraine stopped gas transit from Russia. This is reported by Reuters.

"I had to provide a minimum amount of gas for Slovakia's internal consumption. We ensured it even without raising the price of gas," said Fizo in a video published on his Facebook page.
