The General Prosecutor's Office reports that on December 25, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted another lawsuit filed by the General Prosecutor's Office regarding the confiscation of property of illegal origin.
The General Prosecutor's Office's Department of Illegal Property Confiscation filed a request to the court to confiscate Vardan Minasyan, the former head of the General Department of State Protection of the RA Police, and his related persons:
2 real estates in Yerevan with a total market value of 766 million drams.
Right to purchase 1 apartment.
5 vehicles.
Market value of 1 vehicle.
Participations in 2 legal entities.
2 billion 150 million drams as the balance of illegal income and the sum of funds transferred to bona fide third parties not substantiated by legal income.
