It should be reminded that the General Prosecutor's Office requested the court to recognize the auctions for the sale of the above-mentioned plots of land as invalid and to apply the consequences of the invalidity.
By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court of November 1, 2024, the claim of the State Interests Protection Department of the General Prosecutor's Office was satisfied.
