Baku made repeated accusations against France

"We demand that France put an end to the steps that do not serve peace and undermine stability in the region," said Aykhan Hajizadeh, press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

"We strongly condemn such provocative statements by France, which question Azerbaijan's sovereignty over its territories, prepare Armenia for revanchism and carry out large-scale arming of this country at a time when real conditions for peace are being created in the region," the statement said. .

Earlier, Macron said that in recent months, France has been subjected to unacceptable interference by Azerbaijan in most of its overseas territories, especially in New Caledonia.
