As reported by Shamshyan.com, at around 23:20 the patrols of the 3rd company of the 3rd battalion of the Yerevan regiment of the Police Patrol Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia with company commander Suren Aleksanyan and senior patrolman Ramon Aloyan on Werfel Street in Yerevan. they notice a completely wrapped, uninspected "Mercedes E55" car, the driver of which is not submits to the lawful demand of the patrols and runs away.
The patrols chased the car, during which it collided with a "Jeep Compass" car and after some time disappeared from the patrols' sight.
As a result of the examination, it was found that the driver was in a drunken state, and the car is under investigation.
The driver was a 22-year-old resident of Yerevan, Samvel Gabrielyan, who is known in his circle by the nickname "Cilician Hippie".
On the facts of the incident, documents were drawn up in the Central Department of the Police, which were transferred to the investigative department of the Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts of the RA Investigative Committee of Yerevan.
