There is a closed highway in the territory of Armenia. The rescue service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that the highway leading from the high-mountain meteorological station "Amberd" in the Aragatsotn marz to Kari Lake is closed. The Vardenyats pass is difficult for all types of vehicles.
There is snow in the Ashotsk region, in the cities of Hrazdan, Charentsavan, Yeghvard, Sevan, Vardenis, Chambarak, in the bends of Tigranashen, in the areas called "Meghru Sar" and Gorayk-"Zanger". Drivers are advised to drive exclusively with winter tires.
