On December 28, the Artik Department of the Community Police received a report from the "Artik" Medical Center. A 30-year-old man sought medical help with a diagnosis of "cut wound in the neck". This was reported by the police of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
While police took action, the man was hospitalized and undergoing emergency surgery.
Thanks to the joint measures of the Shirak Marz criminal and Artik community police, as well as the regional patrol service, information was received that the man was injured on the same day, at 3 o'clock in the morning, in Artik. A dispute arose between a 30-year-old man and his 24-year-old brother-in-law near one of the bars-cafes over family issues, during which the 24-year-old boy hit and physically injured his sister's husband with a cutting-piercing tool he had. thanks to the measures, hours later the 24-year-old young man presented himself at the Artik community police department, and then was transferred to the investigation department.
