The rescue service informs that there is a closed road in the territory of the Republic of Armenia. The road from the high mountain meteorological station "Amberd" is closed. The Vardenyats mountain pass is passable for trucks with tire chains.
It is snowing in the city of Vardenis. There is ice in places on the Aparan-Tsilkar highway, Sisian-"Zanger" and "Meghru Sar" sections. Drivers are advised to drive exclusively with winter tires.
