As a result of the measures taken, operational information was received that the injured man and his 33-year-old fellow villager had an argument under the influence of alcohol in one of the houses of the village of Marts at around 19:00. the latter hit the man with his hands and used the knife he had once more as a result of the joint measures of the departments, the 33-year-old man was found at the Bagratashen border checkpoint and transferred to the Noyemberyan department, where he gave a report about what happened, stating that he threw the knife into the Marts river.
