Pre-holiday or festive days are often accompanied by fireworks. When organizing this beautiful event, one must act according to the law and emphasize public safety and maintaining public order. This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"When organizing fireworks, it is necessary to be guided by the provisions of the Law "On State Regulation of Technical Safety" and to have the appropriate permission of the authorized body, the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The sequence of steps is as follows:
1) legal entities must obtain a license for the import of fire products, as well as for the use of class III household and technical fire products,
2) In order to avoid unwanted consequences, in addition to obtaining a license, legal entities must also obtain an appropriate permit.
3) Import and use of class III fireworks and technical fireworks products by the Ministry of Internal Affairs are allowed exclusively for events of state and community significance or with state and community participation. For example, the fireworks that took place during the lighting ceremony of the main Christmas tree of the republic were carried out according to the law, that is, the fireworks company had a license and received the appropriate permission from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
We urge the organizations that carry out fireworks to have the appropriate license and at the same time obtain a permit to carry out fireworks.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs implements preventive measures even before the fireworks, and in case of violations, it will implement strict administration," the message says.
