in Yerevan in 2024 a number of mass, international and city events were held, some of which were for the first time. The 15 international tournaments included 13 sports, as a result, around 6,500 athletes from 16 countries came to Armenia.
As the Municipality of Yerevan informs, the community also emphasized the involvement of people with locomotor problems in sports life, various initiatives were also implemented for the elderly and small residents of Yerevan.
In the current year, the works of developing projects for the reconstruction and construction of a number of sports centers were initiated, which will be moved to the practical stage from next year.
