On December 20, at 6:51 p.m., the crisis management center of the Gegharkunik Regional Rescue Department received an alert that a "BMW" car was on fire at the beginning of Dzoragigh village. One combat unit from the fire-rescue squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to the scene.
It was found that "BMW" (driver: S. P., born in 2008) and "Zil" (driver: A. A.) cars collided near the 10th km of the Martuni-Gavar highway. The "BMW" car caught fire.
The driver of the BMW car was hospitalized before the rescuers arrived. The fire was contained at 19:00 and extinguished at 19:45.
