"Due to the acute moment of military operations, the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were moved to Beirut, but now they are returning to their permanent places, i.e. Damascus and Aleppo," RA Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan said in an interview with ArmLur.
