As APA reports, former Foreign Minister of the Republic of Turkey, deputy of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, head of the delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Mevlut Cavusoglu, announced this at the conference on the right of return by the so-called "Western Azerbaijan" community.
"It is more a matter of human rights than of territories. And the government of Armenia does not respond to calls for dialogue to this day," he said.
According to Cavusoglu, the establishment of peace in the region deserves praise.
"President Ilham Aliyev's initiatives should become an example for everyone," he added.
