Sergei Biryukov died

The editor of the culture department of the Trud newspaper, music critic Sergei Biryukov died at the age of 75, reports the editors of the Musical Life magazine.

“Sergei Biryukov, our colleague, music critic, editor of the culture department of the Trud newspaper, has passed away,” says a message on the Telegram channel. The publication’s website reports that Biryukov died at the age of 75 after a serious illness. “This a great loss for us and the entire music-critical community. The editors of the magazine “Musical Life” mourn together with Sergei’s family and friends,” the publication reports.
