The Russian military will work out the nuances of warning Ukrainian civilians about upcoming attacks using Oreshnik, said Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
Peskov himself admitted that he himself cannot yet talk about these nuances. Thus, he answered the question of how exactly the warning of civilians would be carried out. In a statement on November 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin promised that when powerful Russian weapons such as the Oreshnik missiles are used, the Russian Federation will proactively invite civilians to leave the danger zone. “Of course, when choosing, if necessary, and as a response, a target for destruction by such systems as Oreshnik on the territory of Ukraine, we will offer advance proposals to civilians, and also ask citizens of friendly states located there to leave the dangerous zones,” the head assured Russian state.
