The adventurism of personnel movements. "Fact"

"Fact" daily writes:

During the last six years, we have had no shortage of personnel changes.

But, naturally, the situation has not changed due to the cycle of personnel changes, because Nikol Pashinyan continues to stand at the top of the pyramid of state administration.

The rest, as they say, is derivative. In general, it is impossible to find logic in his personnel policy, because such incomprehensible dismissals, appointments and "rakirovkas" can be made that it will be difficult to understand the exact principles of the personnel policy. .

For example, the education factor does not work at all.

For the person standing at the top of the pyramid of power, the subjects of education and general development are a matter of fact or not, because we have seen how people with a lack of knowledge can become coordinators of certain important areas. The number of such officials in the case of a capricious government is so many that it is pointless to list them.

The specificity of experience is also not taken into account, because a new, inexperienced "walker" can have a much greater promotion than specialists who have accumulated experience for years. The peculiarities of a number of sectors are also not taken into account.

We don't even talk about work efficiency, registered successes and results, it is meaningless in the case of "cheerfulness".

Pashinyan himself also explains this situation by the fact that representatives of the political team should be appointed, because if they are appointed from within the system, then these people do not try to take political responsibility, and after being released, they join the ranks of the opposition.

That is why, in many cases, internal resistance arises within these systems, because among the old-timers of ministries and divisions, who have accumulated a lot of experience and knowledge in the given field, there are direct complaints, including the illogical instructions given down.

There were also cases when a number of employees left the state system.

Another issue is that in the state administration apparatus there is a state of disrepair, where the most important motivation is to receive salaries and bonuses at the expense of the state.

Despite all this, as a rule, Pashinyan smashes the recorded failures on the heads of some officials, and then changes them, turning them into scapegoats.

It is not even important how diligently that official tried to prove his loyalty to Pashinyan. They can be changed like a glove. And not only a glove.

And not only to change. There are also many cases when cases were initiated against various officials, but before that they were considered to be faithfully serving the authorities. It turns out that they "accidentally" got involved in corruption processes, but the government has nothing to do with corruption. sanctity is sanctity, except that some of them deviated from the "true" path.

It's funny, but this is the reality. The other day, Pashinyan suddenly woke up from his sleep and "realized" that there are complaints from law enforcement officers, because there are still "thugs" in the country who look down on the state and the people, and he gave tough instructions to the heads of law enforcement agencies.

And a few days later, within an hour, it suddenly became clear that a number of high-ranking officials were fired. Why, that is a question for another discussion. The main thing, it seems, is that apart from fulfilling the external, Western assignments, Pashinyan is trying to create some kind of discussion field with this process, as if he is coming up with a new image...

Well, we've already seen shaving...
