German Foreign Minister Analena Berbock stopped in Yerevan today (November 19) on her way to visit Baku to participate in Cop 29. A meeting was organized at the Foreign Ministry as if it were a ceremonial visit. The RA Ambassador to Germany Viktor Yengibaryan also participated in the meeting, who was in Germany yesterday, but came to Yerevan to participate in the imitation of the German Foreign Minister's visit.
About the funniest thing. The RA MFA puts a short video of the meeting on its website, where Burbok specifically emphasizes that this is not a visit, but a stop in a friendly "democratic" country. And in the text below the video, the stop is persistently presented as a visit.
The RA MFA resorted to this small but unsuccessful ruse, probably thinking that either there is no one following the website or no one who understands English.
Actually, it is sad, because it could very well have been a visit, if of course the relevant people would serve the Armenian agenda and work, and not go to Germany as tourists. I think this judgment will not seem groundless if you take the trouble to study the website of the RA Embassy in Germany a little.
