Iran has never participated in the Ukrainian conflict, the official representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Esmail Baghai, said on Monday.
"We have never been part of the Ukrainian conflict. Our main position is that the conflicting parties should resolve the crisis through peaceful dialogue," ISNA agency quotes Baghayi as saying.
In addition, the representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry noted that, according to Tehran, "one of the reasons for the complications of the Ukrainian crisis is the intervention of some Western countries."
