The CEC session, where it was planned to approve the final minutes of the elections, started at 11:00 local time. Kirtadze was the first to speak and accused the head of the CEC of complicity in electoral fraud. Kirtadze got up and after saying "you are a black point" poured black paint on Kalandarishvili.
