The Israeli army carried out three series of attacks on Beirut in one day

The Israeli Air Force has completed another series of attacks on the suburbs of the Lebanese capital. This is the third wave of strikes within a day, the press service of the Israeli army reports. The targets of the attack were again the military facilities of the Shiite organization "Hezbollah". The attacks were carried out mainly in the Dahiya suburb of Beirut, where the Shiite organization is located.

Hezbollah's command posts were among the hit targets. According to the Israeli side, they are deliberately placed in civilian buildings. The army said it had taken "additional measures to reduce the risk of civilian casualties" before launching the strikes.

On September 23, Israel launched Operation Northern Arrows in Lebanon against Hezbollah forces, during which it launched massive strikes on the organization's military facilities. The announced goal is to create safe conditions for the return of tens of thousands of residents in the northern border regions of Israel.
