"Justice gets sick, but it does not die, but it is established when you do not adapt to injustices, believe and fight. How many years has Brusov been in captivity? they destroy as much as they can, destroying all stable and standing walls, orders and traditions. First of all, those people who lived and created for the progress of the university, who, considering the university as their home, worked day and night to keep the lamp of the house always burning, are being released. The one-time rector of Brusov, Karine Harutyunyan, guided by the slogan "long live the new king" not far away in 2018, offered me during a private conversation with him to "turn the oven" to the people together, so to speak, to adapt and keep my job as deputy rector.
Naturally, I could not take the hand of those who want to destroy my university and my country for the sake of position and salary, like those who are too adaptable, "who is the master, I am the servant". And what happened happened. not being able to find a single legal basis for dismissing me, the deputy rector of Brusov's students and public relations affairs, as soon as my decree was not completed upon returning to work, misleading the members of the university council by e-mail. they voted and decided to reduce my position.
They released me from my position without offering me another job, noting that according to their assessment, there is no other job suitable for me at the university. After a short time, they opened 2 positions of advisor to the rector to support the work I did, but they were convinced that even these positions were not enough to carry out such heavy work functions. I immediately appealed to the court, because not only my labor rights were violated, but also moral values were violated. Instead of encouraging the possibility of having a child, it was used as a means of preparing grounds for getting rid of me.
During this time, how many judges were changed, how many difficulties arose, and my expected victory in the court was delayed. Sahak Manukyan, a lawyer representing Brusov, who was close to Tsolak Akopyan, who played an important role in my dismissal, contributed to that process, by seizing and provoking witnesses in court. He even once told the judge that he was not even aware that I had "honor?" I ran as a candidate on the list of the alliance, violating all norms of ethics.
The same Tsolaki, who is now trying to appear concerned about the future of Brusov and the university sector, but for some reason, these concerns became apparent to him and his friends after they were deprived of their jobs, and before that they praised the new manners, many of them forgetting their past, moreover: taking a direct part in the destruction of Brusov, providing labor status incentives in the process.
By the way, the vast majority of those people are not from Brusov. The "new owners" of Brusov, of course, got rid of some part of the Sahakanmas, but they were immersed in even greater injustices. During the meeting with me, the current rector of Brusov, Davit Gyurjinyan, stated that he also believes that I was fired illegally, that it does not suit me and my path to be involved in court proceedings, that the university needs me to take care of the student work. is in a state, public relations need to be revised and that he considers it right to reinstate me as a lecturer as well.
We could have come to a mutually beneficial agreement, in which case Gyurjinyan would have avoided being involved in the illegality committed by Harutyunyan, but no. He dipped. during the regular court session, the lawyer representing Brusov announced that the university continues the legal process. In other words, Davit Gyurjinyan, in fact, continued the line drawn by Karine Harutyunyan, there were no concessions, no consensus, the current rector did not see the expediency of discussing compromises.
It was surprising, of course, after the conversations he had with me, but in any case, a fact. The ball was in his court. He decided so himself. And now about the important thing.
After 3.5 years, after going through many difficulties, having a battle of nerves, I won thanks to my skilled and knowledgeable lawyers. A decision was made.
Yes, the dismissal order was invalidated. All compensations were made. That's all for now. Everything is yet to come...P.S. I would like to thank my two lawyers, Slavik Poghosyan and Artak Navasardyan, for brilliantly performing the legal services, the witnesses in the case, for remaining uncorrupted, not lying, and not being afraid to tell the truth. Special thanks to my colleagues and students of Brusov for always supporting me.
We will meet again."
