The meeting between the Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishusti and Ilham Aliyev took place in Baku.
"For the first time, a conference is being held in the South Caucasus. This also emphasizes the special role of Azerbaijan, which, I know, has done a lot to organize the agenda. The agenda is complex, everyone mentions the high level of discussions," Mikhail Mishustin emphasized during the meeting.
Mishustin pointed out the development of bilateral relations between Russia and Azerbaijan.
"The joint turnover of goods is increasing, we are cooperating in a number of directions of our bilateral agenda: industry, energy, agriculture, cultural-humanitarian ties, digitalization," the Russian Prime Minister said.
