Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu assumed that it would not be beneficial for Tehran to strike Israel further, as it would cost Iran's economy dearly.
"Another attack on Israel will just disrupt the Iranian economy, it will take more billions of dollars," he said in a video message addressed to Iranian citizens posted on the "X" social network on Tuesday.
The prime minister claims that Iran's strikes on Israel in October cost the country $2.3 billion, although the damage to Israel, he said, was "insignificant."
On the night of October 26, Israel carried out a series of airstrikes on Iranian military facilities, as a result of which four Iranian soldiers were killed.
This was in response to Iranian forces firing missiles at Israel earlier this fall.
Earlier, Israel's public TV channel reported that Israel has increased the effectiveness of its anti-aircraft defense systems and air force due to the fear of another attack by Iran, which could happen in November.
