RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan made a surprise visit to a military unit of the Ministry of Defense at dawn. The minister announced this on his social media page.
“I will wake up and observe the morning gymnastics process, if time permits, we will also have breakfast with the soldiers,” he said in a video he posted.
According to the minister, these surprise visits reveal problems that are not visible during a regular visit, because, as a rule, preparations are made for the minister’s visit, work is done that is not done in everyday life.
“And most importantly, it becomes obvious to me to what extent they follow the proper implementation of the daily schedule in which military units,” Papikyan said.
